Ex-Congress MP Sajjan Kumar, who has been convicted in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case linked with killing of a father-son duo, is a three-time MP from the party, representing Outer Delhi constituency. He resigned from the primary membership of the party after he was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment in a case related to the riots in December 2018.
