England should be coached by an Englishman, says Stephen Fleming

England Test coach Stephen Fleming suggested that national team coach should be English, adding that he'll seek to develop home-grown coaching talent during his tenure. "I do believe that primarily the national team should be coached by a national representative," the ex-New Zealand cricketer said. Only two Englishmen, Peter Moores and Chris Silverwood, have coached England's Test team since 1999.
