US Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg said Ukraine-Russia peace deal is "really close", with talks in "the last 10 metres". He said two issues still need resolution: the future of Ukraine's Donbas region and Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, which is under Russian control. Kellogg added, "If we get those two issues settled...rest of the things will work out fairly well."
