The Madras High Court on Monday directed filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon and his firm Photon Factory to refund ₹4.25 crore with 12% interest to film financier RS Infotainment. In 2013, RS Infotainment accused Menon of not completing an untitled Tamil film, described as 'production no. 6'. The court rejected the defendants' claim that the financier had defaulted on payments.
