Himachal minister lays foundation of ice skating rink in Kinnaur

Himachal Pradesh Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of an ice skating rink at Rakchham gram panchayat in Kinnaur, costing ₹2.97 crore. The project aims to promote adventure tourism and create self-employment for local youth. He also laid the foundation of a ₹1.92 crore sewerage scheme at Batseri.
