Paytm CEO, CFO get SEBI notice over timing of 2023 loan disclosure

Paytm said its top executives have received a show-cause notice from SEBI over the timing of its 2023 announcement to curb small personal loans following a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) clampdown. Paytm's key management personnel, which include CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma and CFO Madhur ​Deora, received the notice on Tuesday. Notably, they have 14 days to respond to it.
