Toilet ripped from floor as Air India plane flown by 'high' pilot plunged violently
AAIB's preliminary report on the August 4 Phuket-Delhi Air India flight revealed that the flight's violent 372-foot rise and 292-foot drop in 9 seconds ripped the plane's toilet from the floor. The plane's ceiling panel was cracked/deformed in multiple spots, and the forward right emergency exit handle was found broken. The plane's pilot tested positive for drugs and was fired.
