Former Maharashtra DGP Sanjay Pande sought to frame CM Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy CM Eknath Shinde in the ULC scam in 2021, an SIT report by outgoing DGP Rashmi Shukla has alleged. The report accused ex-DGP Pande of instructing officials to arrest them on the allegation of extortion from builders. Notably, the report was delivered four days before Shukla's retirement.
