How do butterflies fool predators with their wings?

A new study has found that some butterflies may use their wing patterns to confuse predators like birds. Researchers said the wings constantly change shape and angle while flying, making patterns like stripes appear to move in different directions. This can confuse predators about the butterfly's speed and direction, making it harder for them to catch their prey during attack.
