short by Swati Dubey / on Saturday, 19 October, 2024
Europe's Moonlight programme, launched by the European Space Agency on October 15, focuses on lunar communication. It aims to support over 400 planned moon missions in the next 20 years by developing infrastructure, including a constellation of five lunar satellites. These satellites will facilitate accurate autonomous landings, high-speed communication, and data transfer over 4,00,000 kilometres.
