21 trekkers evacuated from Uttarkashi peaks amid snowfall

21 trekkers and porters were airlifted to Harsil helipad from Kalindi Pass, Jogin-I Peak, and Satopanth Peak base camp in Uttarkashi amid heavy snowfall. Rescue operations continue at Satopanth. Three Army porters were also rescued from Vasuki Tal. Over 136 people were present in high-altitude areas; 89 were part of mountaineering expeditions.
