SC stays reinstatement of IAS officer who emptied Delhi stadium to walk dog

Supreme Court has stayed the reinstatement of IAS officer Rinku Dhugga, who was compulsorily retired by the Centre following a controversy over allegations that she had emptied Thyagaraj Stadium in Delhi to walk her dog. The Centre had challenged her reinstatement after the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) ordered it, which was subsequently upheld by the Delhi High Court.
