Hundreds of contractors can read ChatGPT chats containing personal data: Report

OpenAI has hired hundreds of contractors to review user conversations with ChatGPT, which sometimes include sensitive personal information, 404 Media reported. These review teams rate the chatbot's responses and help train it to be less sycophantic. While contractors do not see users' ChatGPT usernames, the practice poses a major privacy risk, the report said.
