An eight-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped in a government school in Karnataka's Mandya, police said. The incident came to light when the girl, experiencing severe stomach pain and bleeding, confided in her mother about the assault. "From her statement, it is not clear whether she was abused by students or adults. We are investigating," police said.
