A 22-year-old tourist has been booked after his SUV got stuck in sand at Vagator beach in Anjuna on Sunday. The Gujarat-registered car was taken onto the sandy area, but got stuck as seawater entered the vehicle. Later, a JCB machine was brought and the car was pulled out. Officials said it had been driven in careless and unsafe manner.
