After late businessman Sunjay Kapur's wife, Priya Kapur, alleged that his mother, Rani Kapur, committed perjury (lied under oath) in ongoing ₹30,000-crore estate battle, Delhi High Court has sought Rani's response within four weeks. Further, Priya has been permitted to file a rejoinder, if any, within two weeks. Earlier, Priya alleged that the claims in Rani's suit were "utterly false".
