Gurugram has become North India's largest office market after its total office stock crossed 100 million square feet, according to a report by CBRE. This is expected to expand to nearly 120-125 million square feet by 2030. Sectors like life sciences and aviation, which have historically not been significant office occupiers in Gurugram, are also expected to drive this demand.
