Twitter's board will review an "unsolicited, non-binding" offer from Tesla CEO Elon Musk to acquire the social media company, Twitter said on Thursday. With a stake of over 9% in Twitter, Musk has offered to buy the remaining shares at a price of $54.2/share. We will determine the course of action that's in the best interest of shareholders, Twitter added.
