Padma Shri awardee Purna Das alleges land grab by ex-TMC leader, seeks WB CM's help

Padma Shri awardee, 93-year-old singer, Purna Das Baul on Wednesday met West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari, seeking his help in reclaiming his farmland in Birbhum district. Baul's son alleged that four-bigha of his farmland was forcibly occupied by former Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Anubrata Mondal. They also claimed that their residence had been demolished and they had been evicted.
