US Supreme Court blocks Trump's plan to restrict mail-in voting

The US Supreme Court on Monday refused to lift a lower court order blocking President Donald Trump's plan to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the November 3 midterm elections. Justice Brett Kavanaugh said Trump’s plan could potentially be found legal in the future. However, he said state and local election officials didn't have enough time to implement it before polls.
