Massive blast rocks Bolivia military base

A massive blast at the Bolivian military base killed at least ten people and injured over 60 people. Videos showed panicked people running for safety after the blast. Officials said windows of dozens of homes were damaged in the blast that likely originated from the ​defence ministry's fireworks stockpile. Firefighters have warned of another blast at the site.
