Ex-judge Giribala & son charged for dowry in Twisha Sharma's case by CBI

The CBI filed a 636-page chargesheet in the Twisha Sharma death case and booked her husband Samarth Singh and mother-in-law Giribala Singh under sections of BNS and The Dowry Prohibition Act. Giribala is a former judge. The 108, 3(5) of BNS, under which they've been booked, concerns abetment of suicide. She was found dead in her matrimonial home in May.
