In the 2nd round of talks with the government, CJP submitted a letter that mentioned their "non-negotiable" demands, which include the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, ₹1 crore compensation to NEET suicide victims, and no action against protesters. The letter also demanded that head of Rapid Action Force and Delhi Police Commissioner "publicly apologise to students who were brutally assaulted".
