Scientists have identified a new species of giant dinosaur in Brazil with ties to a similar animal ​found in Spain, reconfirming prehistoric continental links 120 million years ago. The discovery supports the idea that land routes once ‌connected parts of South America, Africa and Europe. The species, named Dasosaurus tocantinensis, is one of the biggest ever found in Brazil.
