Microsoft is training its sales team to talk down and highlight shortcomings in products from OpenAI and Anthropic, Bloomberg reported. In a meeting, the company's executives outlined plans for the sales team to negatively compare AI models from other firms to its own model Copilot, the report added. Executives reportedly told the team to pitch Copilot as a complete system.
