The cases of crimes against women in Haryana dropped from 13,945 in 2024 to 8,723 in 2025. "Historic 38% decline recorded in crimes against women," Haryana Police said, adding that the average emergency response time in February 2026 stood at just nine minutes and 32 seconds. "Women's safety, respect, and empowerment are our topmost priorities," DGP Ajay Singhal said.
