A 58-year-old man allegedly kicked a pet dog and assaulted its owner in Dahisar East after it urinated on a vehicle tyre. CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced online. Police have registered a case under relevant BNS sections and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, and further investigation is underway.
