A scuffle broke out between BJP and BJD MLAs in the Odisha Assembly during the Rajya Sabha voting in the state. Earlier, the polling was halted for about half an hour after BJD agent objected to the issuance of a second ballot paper to BJP MLA Upasna Mohapatra. Voting for four Rajya Sabha seats in state ended at 6 pm.
