The National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) has endorsed Indian-American Kashyap 'Kash' Patel as the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee leaders. NSA President Kieran Donahue praised Patel's resume and said he has the "experience for this critical position". President-elect Donald Trump nominated Patel as FBI Director in November last year.
