Reports claim DMK-AIADMK held backchannel talks to keep Vijay out of power in TN, DMK denies
Arch-rivals DMK and AIADMK have reportedly opened backchannel talks to keep actor Vijay's TVK out of power in Tamil Nadu, claimed reports citing sources. AIADMK sources confirmed discussions have taken place, however, DMK spokesperson A Saravanan denied the reports. TVK won 108 seats, while DMK and AIADMK won 58 and 47, respectively in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
