Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the "biggest jumla" in Indian history was 'Garibi Hatao' (eradicate poverty), a slogan given by former PM Indira Gandhi. "This was such a jumla which helped them in their politics but did not improve condition of the poor," he added. PM said this while concluding a two-day debate on 75th anniversary of the Constitution.
