Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said to the government, "You have no shame...The minister [Dharmendra Pradhan] under whose watch 21 children lost their lives...you garlanded him as if he had returned from a war against Pakistan." He asked the government to list the names of 47 NTA officials it sacked, claiming that NTA has a sanctioned strength of 39 permanent posts.
