For working lunch, US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping had minced codfish in seafood soup, crispy stir-fried lobster balls, pan-seared beef fillet stuffed with morel mushrooms, kung pao chicken and scallops, steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, and stewed beef in bun. Desserts included chocolate brownies, fruits and ice cream, along with coffee and tea.
