Commenting on stalemate over demand for cancellation of a recent competitive exam in Bihar, Bihar minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said there was no evidence of a paper leak in the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) exam. "Obviously, there was a conspiracy...nobody knew where was [the paper] leaked, and to whom," Choudhary added. The re-exam will be conducted on January 4.
