A Delhi court said a deeper investigation by NIA (National Investigation Agency) is needed on the arrest of the seven foreign nationals over anti-India terror activities. The court added the investigation is needed to check if any Indians or rebel ethnic groups were associated with the foreigners. The six Ukrainians and one American were arrested in Delhi, Lucknow and Kolkata.
