Delhi High Court quashed Union Bank of India's decision to classify bank account of a company linked to Jai Anmol Ambani as 'fraudulent'. This came after Ambani's plea that argued that the bank took the decision without issuing show cause notice, violating natural justice. The court added that this decision wouldn't preclude the bank from issuing fresh show cause notice.
