Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg told the Financial Times that the US government should not ban Chinese AI models to gain an edge in the AI race because it wouldn't be an "effective solution". Rather, he urged US firms to "systematically" identify bottlenecks and roadblocks to better ​compete with Chinese firms. He warned the ban could benefit dominant AI firms.
