Gangster Arshdeep Gill, aka Arsh Dalla, was under the influence of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar and was persuaded by him to flee to Canada, a Delhi Police chargesheet revealed. It added that Dalla fled India in 2017 after his release from prison. After establishing a base in Canada, he operated his criminal and terrorist network in India from there.
