Hiring across India's white-collar job market recorded a 12% year-on-year growth in February, a report based on Naukri JobSpeak index said. This comes after the rising adoption of AI and the recovery of the country's IT sector, the report added. Top five industries to witness highest growth included insurance (28%), BPO (22%), real estate (19%), hospitality (15%), and retailing (14%).
