BJP MLA from Bihar's Alinagar, Maithili Thakur, questioned the state's health minister, Mangal Pandey, also from the BJP, over the dilapidated condition of government hospitals. "I'm not completely satisfied with the answer," she said in the House, explaining how the hospital in question needed serious work. "I'm not questioning the minister. I am just requesting him," she further said.
