Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said AAP supremo and ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had the chance to change the city but failed. He stated that Kejriwal offered only "free water and electricity instead of strengthening society". "I believe BJP will come to power and win over 40 seats," he stated. Voting in the city took place today for Assembly polls.
