A short answer: No. The vaccine can cause a rare side effect called Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS). It involves blood clotting, and low platelet count after immunisation. However, this risk is only there shortly after vaccination. We are past that date now. The risk is low. Only 1 in a million will die of it.
