A man and his son were killed when an LPG cylinder exploded in their house in Warje-Malwadi area of Pune on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as Mohan Manik Mudawat, 44, and his son Pappu Mohan Mudawat, 26. Vishwajeet Kaingade, senior inspector, Warje-Malwadi Police Station said, “Preliminary investigation suggests that blast was due to faulty or leaking LPG cylinder.”

"I've authorised...90-day pause and a substantially lowered reciprocal tariff [for 75+ countries] during this period...of 10%, also effective immediately," he added.

A flight carrying 26/11 Mumbai terror attack accused Tahawwur Rana has left the US, and it is expected to land in Delhi on Thursday, reports said. On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and NSA Ajit Doval held a meeting to discuss preparations, IE reported. Rana is expected to be lodged in Tihar Jail.
