Dr Anshul Singh from Gurugram's Artemis Hospitals said that having a breakfast like an omelette is an effective weight loss diet. Singh said, "Eggs are...complete protein food that contains all nine amino acids and are also a source of vitamins and minerals...that promote bone development." Singh added that an omelette can improve feelings of fullness, lowering daily calorie intake.
