What will be charges on UPI payments worth ₹2,000, ₹5,000, ₹75,000 & ₹1 lakh made to shops?

The 0.4% MDR on person-to-merchant payments worth over ₹2,000 will take effect on October 15. As a result, payments of ₹2,000 to shops and businesses will attract ₹0 MDR, while payments of ₹5,000 and ₹75,000 will attract ₹20 and ₹300 MDR, respectively. Transactions worth ₹1 lakh will also attract ₹300 MDR, as the charge has been capped at that amount.
