India's third-largest private-sector lender, Axis Bank, said on Monday that its CFO, Puneet Sharma, resigned on June 28 after more than six years with the bank. The bank said that Sharma stepped down to pursue the next phase of his professional career. His last working day will be August 31, and the bank has not yet named a successor.
