DTCP halts building plan approval after Sushant Lok tilt in Gurugram

DTCP has suspended building-plan approval for plot C-1769 in Sushant Lok-I, Gurugram, after excavation there caused a neighbouring five-storey under-construction building to crack and tilt. The plot owner has been directed to stabilise the damaged structure within 24 hours. Sale deed registrations for the damaged building are also barred. Fourteen families remain displaced.
