Iran has officially designated the naval and air forces of all European Union countries as terrorist organisations. The move comes after European Union nations had earlier designated Iran's official armed forces, the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), as a terrorist organisation. Calling the move a "reciprocal action", Iran's foreign ministry also condemned the action of EU nations.
