Russian President Vladimir Putin said the country doesn't intend to capture Ukraine's Kharkiv currently, adding that a "buffer zone" is being created there instead. The zone will protect Russian border regions and act as a security barrier. Earlier this month, Russian troops captured over 200 square kilometres of land, the biggest advance made by the Russian Army in 18 months.
