Meta will start tracking US employees' mouse movements, clicks and keystrokes to train its AI models, Reuters reported, citing internal memos. The tracking software will occasionally also take snapshots of the content on employees' screens for context. The data collected would not be used for performance assessments, Meta spokesperson Andy Stone said.
